I believe everyone has the ability to maximize their health and vibrancy at any age and regardless of their health history. With a balanced diet, effective exercise for the mind, body, and soul, embracing the outdoors, and a positive outlook, you can not stay younger for longer, inside and out but also live to your highest potential.
On this site, I'll share my favorite life lessons and tips about living a life in balance through the lens of Dance, Food, Drink, and Ayurveda which draws on the notion we are intuitive beings and our bodies have their sole intelligence to heal ourselves and ignite our body, mind, and spirit.
I hope you inspire and empower you to make informed choices now to be here in the present for your and future health.
I offer dance classes, culinary, mixology, and Ayurvedic classes including Wellness Nutritional therapy
I'm a British Mauritian dancer and performer who is classically trained in Indian Kathak Dance and a Sega performer (Mauritius's National Dance). I believe 'Dance' is the hidden language of the soul.
I am passionate about generating health awareness and well-being by igniting the mind, body, and spirit.
To build community and nourish my mind and body, I host fun Dance classes, Aqua Aerobics, and Mauritian-inspired cooking & mixology classes, all inspired by the healing power of spices and to raise your vibrational spirit.
I also speak at events on subjects from Dance, mixology, wellness diet, lifestyle, motherhood, and Ayurveda - the ancient holistic healing modality and performer dance st events.
Im also a health and wellness writer and contributor for Inside and Out Upstate New York, "The Travel Curator,' 'and Galavante.
When I am not teaching, I can be found dancing with my two sons or working on my artisan line of Wellness elixirs inspired by the flavors of Mauritius together with her husband, Yusef from the Cocktail Architect.
